Job Description

A returning English family are looking for a professional, experienced, qualified and kind Nanny to care for two children aged 5 and 10 years.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally a minimum of three years’ experience as a Live-in Nanny with at least two years employment with the same family.
• Excellent references from each position held.
• Fluent English.
• A Childcare Qualification, ideally a Montessori Diploma.
• Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid would be preferable.
• A willingness to travel with the family.
• A confident swimmer would be an advantage.

DUTIES:

• Tuesday to Saturday – 48 hours per week.
• Getting the children up and ready in the morning.
• School runs with the driver.
• Assisting with and supervising homework.
• Planning, organising and managing calendars and routines including sports, extra-curricular activities, playdates, etc.
• Running child related errands.
• Wardrobe management.
• Ensuring uniforms, kit bags and packed lunches are ready each morning.
• Preparing tasty and nutritious snacks for the children.
• Assisting the housekeeper with the children’s laundry, tidying their bedrooms and play areas when required.
• Occasional travel with the family

Approx. salary and benefits:

• Excellent Terms and Conditions.
• £65,000 - £70,000 gross per year depending on experience and qualifications.
• Separate one bedroom apartment provided.
• Eight weeks paid holidays per year.
• All travel expenses paid in full.
