Job Description

We are looking for a kind, caring, experienced, qualified and professional Nanny to look after twin girls aged five, their eighteen month old brother and their six month old sister.

Please be aware that this is a live-out position.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally a minimum of three years nannying experience with at least two years with the same family.
• Excellent References.
• Ideally a FETAC/QQI Childcare qualification up to at least level 6.
• Up to date paediatric first aid would be preferable.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese would be preferable.
• Experience of babies and toddlers would be desirable.
• Ideally someone who is willing to travel with the family as they visit family in the U.S. on a frequent basis.
• A confident swimmer would be an advantage.
• As this family are very active and enjoy skiing, ideally a confident skier.

DUTIES:

• Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
• Fully nursery duties and responsibilities.
• Providing full-time care for the baby, including feeding, changing nappies, dressing and bathing.
• Engaging the children in age appropriate activities to promote sensory and motor skills and ensuring a nurturing environment conducive to growth.
• Children's laundry.
• Light housekeeping duties.
• Dropping the children to and collecting them from Montessori, activities, playdates, etc.
• Organising and hosting playdates.
