Job Description

A family living in Blackrock are looking for an experienced, professional Nanny. They have a 4 year old son and a 3 year old daughter.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally a minimum of three years' relevant Nannying/Childminding experience; staying at least two years with each family or employer.
• Excellent References from each employer.
• Fluent English
• Pet friendly.  The family have a small, well trained dog.
• A full, clean driving licence and own car.
• A Childcare qualification up to at least FETAC/QQI Level 6 would be preferable.
• Up to date Paediatric First Aid.
• Good Cooking and Baking Skills would be a bonus.
• Availability to travel with the family would be advantageous.
• Willingness to do the occasional overnight would be preferable.

DUTIES

• Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 6.30/7pm
• Sole care nanny duties
• Nursery duties
• Creative Play
• Arts and crafts
• Taking the children to the park, playground, beach and for walks.
• Cooking for the children
• Taking to school and Montessori
• Some light housekeeping in relation to the children only.

Approx. salary and benefits:

• €20 to €25 gross per hour.
• Mileage expenses.
• Excellent Terms & Conditions.
