Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time, qualified, experienced Nanny/Childminder to look after three children:

• Girl aged 7 years
• Boy aged 4½ years
• Girl aged 3 years.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally three years relevant experience with a minimum of two year's Nannying/childminding experience with the same family/in the same job.  
• Excellent references.
• Fluent English
• Ideally at least a level 5 FETAC or QQI childcare qualification 
• A full clean driving licence and own car.
• An animal lover as the family have a cat, a dog and a rabbit.
• An interest in swimming and cycling would be a huge bonus.
• Occasional babysitting at the weekend and overnight would be preferable.

DUTIES:

• Monday to Friday - 9am to 6.30pm.
• Sole care nanny duties.
• Taking to and collecting from school, Montessori, after school activities, music lessons, playdates, sports, etc.
• Cooking healthy and tasty snacks and meals for the children.
• Creative play.
• Light housekeeping duties in relation to the children only.
• Assisting and supervising with homework.
• Taking the children on long walks, cycling and playing in the garden.

Approx. salary and benefits:

• €18 to €22 per hour.
• Reimbursement of all motor expenses.
