Job Description

We are looking for a kind, caring, professional, experienced Nanny to look after three children: twins aged three years and a six month old baby.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally a minimum of three years' Nannying or childminding experience in a family setting.
• Ideally at least two years with the same family / in the same job.
• Excellent References.
• Fluent English.
• A childcare qualification to at least a FETAC/QQI Level 5.  A Montessori qualification would be top of the wish list.
• Up to date Paediatric First Aid would be preferable.
• Specific baby and toddler experience would be a bonus.

DUTIES:

• Monday to Friday - 8am to 5.45pm.
• Responsibility for all Nanny and Nursery duties related to the baby, including sterilising bottles, keeping the baby in good sleeping routine, weaning, potty training, etc.
• Stimulating the baby with age appropriate activities.
• Organising educational, age appropriate, indoor and outdoor activities and excursions for all three children.
• Preparing and administering healthy food for the toddlers.
• Maintaining the children's rooms and play areas.
• Children's laundry and ironing.
• Helping the children to hit their milestones.

Approx. salary and benefits:

• Excellent Terms and Conditions.
• €18 to €20 gross per hour.
